The Marlborough Research Centre (MRC) has long supported the Cawthron Marlborough Environment Awards.

We are seeking local businesses, community groups, and individuals doing exceptional things to look after our environment to enter the awards.

The awards allow businesses and community projects doing good for the environment to shine. MRC is one of the founding partners of the Awards and together with Plant & Food Research we co-sponsor the Supreme Award.

Open to any business, community group or individual in Marlborough, entries are open now.

Judges are looking for entrants who protect and enhance the environment and use resources and energy efficiently.

If you know of a project that fits the category, please encourage them to enter.

The awards entry process closes September 30. To enter please go to  https://bit.ly/CMEAEntriesOpen
