Collaboration for Conservation

Learn how the ECPG, a not-for-profit conservation group joined forces with a wide range of stakeholders to champion the preservation of the coastal ecosystem spanning Marfell’s Beach to the Waima River. They are on a mission to safeguard our coastline.

Guest speakers include:

· Dr Shaun Gerrity from University of Canterbury, sharing insights on recovery efforts following the 2016 earthquake,

· Mike Avis from Marlborough District Council, discussing Significant Natural Areas (SNAs) and efforts to plant new dune and beach systems.
