Field days of the Cawthron Marlborough Environment Awards category winners can finally resume.

Next up is the Farming Category Winner.

When the Frosts bought the 200ha dairy farm near Linkwater 10 years ago it was run down and fell well short of Council and Fonterra environmental standards.

At the field day, see how their determination, hard work and willingness to improve has turned the farm around.

”The judges were impressed that rather than resisting compliance standards, the Frosts accept them as their bottom line. Undaunted by the size of the task, they have made steady progress to the point where they now use income gained from a considerable increase in cow numbers and production to fund improvements,” says the judges report.
