Feedback sought on Marlborough's Regional Workforce Plan

The Marlborough Regional Skills Leadership Group is a local, government appointed group tasked with identifying and supporting better ways of meeting Marlborough’s future skills and workforce needs.

The group welcomes your feedback on their consultation document until 14 March 2022.

The group is responsible for producing Marlborough’s first Regional Workforce Plan. This plan, which will be updated yearly, will set out our aspirations for the future of Marlborough and how we will achieve them.  It will highlight labour supply and demand trends for Marlborough and identify where change is needed to achieve a highly skilled and coordinated regional labour market. The first report is due in July 2022.

The group would like to hear from you about your labour and skills challenges and opportunities in Marlborough. They would also like feedback on what can be done to address these challenges and set our region up for success in the future.

You can access the Marlborough regional workforce plan: Consultation document online.
